Rachael directs This Sinking Island
After a year of virtual theater, Rachael directs an in-person children’s play about Climate change. Devised by The Anthropologists, written by Melissa Moschitto, with music by Mariah Freda, and presented by Rising Sun, this play explores the immediate and longterm affects of climate change in a powerful way that children (and adults) can engage with.

Rachael plays the Possum in Holly Gepp-Galván’s Playing Possum as a part of Rising Sun Performance Company’s Theatre for Young Audience Parks Tour, which tours the New York City Parks, and culminates in a theatre festival on Governor’s Island.

As the Digital Marketing Associate for Classic Stage Company, Rachael created the graphics for the virtual performance celebrating the highly anticipated CSC production of Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman’s Assassins, along with the promotional materials. She also set up the video streaming, which premiered to over 14,000 people.
